Assess what you believe to be the most important aspects of the internal environment at General Mills. The most important aspects of the internal environment at General Mills are its commitment to innovation, a strong supplier code of conduct and a commitment to global responsibility. General Mills relies on its established brands but it has developed a commitment to innovation, connecting “employees with inventors, academics, entrepreneurs, suppliers, customers and consumers throughout the innovation process” (General Mills, 2015).
